GOAL: To provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, this appointment cancelation policy has been implemented.
THIS IS MANDATORY
I do understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond our control and you may need to miss your appointment. So please, if you need to cancel or reschedule do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. However, if you do not cancel 24 hours or are more than 15 min late for your appointment, you will be considered as "no show" and you will be charged 1/2 of the price of the original appointment fee.
If you are less than 15 min late, your appoint will start when you arrive but will NOT extend. Your session will end on time as scheduled and you will be charged full session fee. There are no roll-over minutes.
